Wholesale policy

Business eligibility

Wholesale inquiries are welcome from established retailers buying for resale. Approval is required; an inquiry does not create an account or order. Provide business details and, when relevant, resale documentation. Marketplace resale requires written approval.

Quotes & discounts

Wholesale prices and invoices are in USD. Pricing, minimum quantities, availability and any volume discount are confirmed in a written quote. Retail promotions do not combine with wholesale pricing unless agreed in writing.

Payment & fulfillment

An accepted quote will specify payment, handling and delivery terms. Full cleared payment is required before fulfillment unless a written agreement says otherwise. We do not accept wholesale payments through the current checkout. The shipping origin will be stated for the order; our business contact address is not a warehouse claim.

Shipping & issues

Freight, tax and any free-shipping eligibility are set out in the quote. Inspect deliveries and report damaged or incorrect goods promptly, preferably within five calendar days, with photographs. This reporting request does not waive mandatory rights.

Returns & distributors

Direct wholesale returns follow the written order agreement. Purchases from a separate distributor should be raised with that seller. Contact Yardmere before sending any goods.
