Payment policy

Current payment status

Online payments are processed through our connected Stripe service. Do not send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email or phone. Complete payment only in the secure checkout form.

Methods & authorization

Accepted cards and available digital wallets are displayed by Stripe at checkout. Only methods offered there can be used. Full payment and successful authorization are required before an order is processed or shipped.

Currency & sales tax

All prices are displayed in USD. Standard US shipping is free. Applicable US sales tax and any expressly selected additional service charges will be shown before payment. UK VAT does not apply. The final payable amount must be shown for your approval.

Security & failed payments

Card entry is handled by Stripe’s secure payment fields. A declined payment does not confirm an order. Check your billing information or contact your bank, and contact Yardmere if you need assistance.

Refunds

Eligible refunds follow our returns policy and go to the original payment method. Contact contact@yardmere.shop with your order reference for payment questions.
